What is Watermark Embedding?
Watermark embedding is a technology that hides information invisible to the human eye within an image's pixel data. truvis uses Adobe TrustMark technology, allowing you to embed up to 8 ASCII characters into an image. The embedded information can be detected with high accuracy even after common image processing such as JPEG compression and resizing.
Embedding Tips
- For payloads, we recommend strings that can identify the copyright holder (such as initials or management numbers).
- Higher resolution images allow for more stable embedding. A minimum size of 256×256 pixels is recommended.
- Saving in PNG format maintains the highest fidelity. JPEG format also offers sufficient robustness, but avoid extremely low quality settings.
