These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of truvis ("the Service") provided by Texpress Corp. ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Overview
The Service is a free web tool for embedding and detecting invisible watermarks using Adobe TrustMark technology.
2. Terms of Use
The following activities are prohibited when using the Service:
- Acts that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals
- Acts related to criminal activity
- Acts that interfere with the server or network functions of the Service
- Uploading images that infringe upon the rights of other users or third parties
- Acts that interfere with the operation of the Service
- Unauthorized access or attempts thereof
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Intellectual property rights related to the Service belong to us or the rightful owners. Copyright of images uploaded by users belongs to the users themselves. We do not claim any rights over images uploaded by users.
4. Disclaimer
We do not guarantee that the Service is free from defects (including defects related to safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, fitness for a particular purpose, security, errors, bugs, rights infringement, etc.). We assume no responsibility for any damages incurred by users arising from the Service.
5. Service Changes, Interruption, and Termination
We may change the content of the Service or interrupt or terminate the provision of the Service without prior notice.
6. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms as necessary. The modified Terms take effect when posted on this page.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our principal office.
